Each Croptuck order comes with a microfiber carrying pouch and a Welcome & Instruction Card.

Orders are processed within 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Free shipping is available for orders over $75, while shipping charges for orders under $75 are calculated at checkout. You will receive an email with shipment confirmation and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We do not offer refunds; instead, store credit is provided for eligible returns on non-final sale items. Final sale items, jewelry, intimates, and personal care products cannot be returned. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
